Our parking lot is very large and secure, it is also set back off of the main road to provide ample privacy. When you walk into our shop you will be offered a private consultation either at the counter or in our private office. There is no pressure to sell your items at all. We will offer you a fair written offer and you can feel free to shop it around. We do this because we are confident that you will be satisfied with our offer and if you do shop it around, you will certainly come back to sell to us.
The average buyer may offer you as low as 80% below wholesale price whereas we like to pay as close to wholesale as possible. Let’s say we can order a diamond from our wholesaler for $5000. The average jeweler will offer you as low as $1000 for the same stone. We can offer closer to $4000 for the same diamond. We can do this because of our large volume. We are a small family owned business but we can compete with ANY big box store.
